Hi John,

Can I just say on behalf of myself and my BMW Z3 that we really are
enjoying the new warm draft free- leaf free- garage.
I spent a day cleaning it out and adding more shelves to store more
unwanted junk and things we never ever use.

I can go into the garage- get in the car in the warm- start it up- open
the garage door - drive out - close the door - AND NOT GET WET !!
On the way back I can approach and open the door from 30 yards - drive
in -close the door - switch off - get out - IN THE WARM - and enter the
kitchen where my dinner is ready.

And you thought it was just a garage door !!!!!
